Who operates this service. The appraisal software and the messages sent from it are operated by DattaDock, LLC (EIN 84-4819343), an Oklahoma limited liability company, on behalf of Auto Appraisal Network OKC. Messages you receive relate to your appraisal with Auto Appraisal Network OKC.
What we do
We are independent vehicle appraisers. We give an opinion of value, in writing, based on the vehicle, the market and the evidence available to us. We are not your insurance company, we are not your attorney, and we do not settle claims on your behalf.
Our independence
Our fee is a flat fee, agreed before the work starts. It does not change with the value we report, with any settlement you reach, or with the outcome of any proceeding. This is stated in the certification on every report we issue, and it is not negotiable.
What we need from you
An appraisal is only as good as what it is built on. You agree that the documents, photographs and information you give us are accurate and complete as far as you know. If something material is missing or wrong, the opinion may be wrong with it.
Fees and payment
The fee is quoted before work begins. Invoices are sent by email and are payable on the terms shown on the invoice. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
Text message program
Program name: Auto Appraisal Network OKC appraisal notifications.
What it is: messages about your own appraisal. That we received your paperwork, that we need something from you, that your report is ready, or that an invoice has been sent. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you join: by ticking the text message box on our inquiry form and giving your mobile number. It is optional, and we can carry out your appraisal by email and phone alone.
How often: message frequency varies with your appraisal. Most files involve a small number of messages.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your number is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing. See our privacy policy.
Limits
An appraisal is an opinion of value on a stated date, on stated evidence. It is not a guarantee of what a vehicle will sell for, nor a promise about what any insurer will pay. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the appraisal in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Oklahoma.
